Aesthetic Record Launches Integration with Galderma Aspire Rewards
Aesthetic Record & Aspire Galderma Rewards have partnered on a direct integration to help increase efficiency for AR Customers and their Patients! What does this partnership mean for your practice? Now you can:
- Determine if your patients are Aspire members
- Enroll patients in the Aspire program directly from Aesthetic Record
- View how many points your patient has available at the time of check-in and checkout so they can convert points into certificates at just the right time
This is the first step in a deeper integration that will allow your practice to operate more Aspire functionality from the AR Provider App & Control Center.
How To Get Started for AR Customers
If you are a current Aesthetic Record customer, it’s easy! Next time you go to check in a patient, the option to check their point balance can be accessed right from the appointment card. Prefer to do it at checkout instead? That’s easy, too! You can click on the Patient Wallet at time of checkout and view their point balance inside!
